2020 CCC Drive-Thru Graduation Ceremony

Congratulations, graduates! Whether you have completed your GED, Adult High School Diploma, or a degree or certificate, we cannot wait to celebrate with each of you in this unique way. See below for more information about the ceremony.

General Information

Cars will enter campus from Beavercreek Rd. Graduates will receive caps, gowns, tassels, and any applicable honor cords, veterans' cords, and Phi Theta Kappa stoles free of charge at the ceremony. There will be an outdoor stage where students will have their name called, receive a diploma cover, and have their photo taken by a professional photographer.

Important Dates

• June 11 | Registration closes.
• June 12 | Graduation ceremony.

Schedule of Graduation Day

• 3 p.m. | Drive-thru opens - no cars will be admitted before this time.
• 3-4 p.m. | First time slot for drive-thru.
• 4-5 p.m. | Second time slot for drive-thru.
  
• 5-6 p.m. | Third time slot for drive-thru.
  
• 6-7 p.m. | Final time slot for drive-thru.
• 7 p.m. | Gates close - no additional cars will be admitted.

All cars in line when gates close at 7 p.m. will be allowed to complete the ceremony.

Important Notes

• All participants are required to wear facemasks and observe social distancing guidelines. Please follow all directions given by event staff.
• Only ONE car per graduate will be allowed. Family and other loved ones may be in the car with the graduate but may not exit the vehicle at any time.
• Graduates without cars can use public transportation to access campus. There will be CCC vans available to take graduates through the parade route so you can participate the same as all other graduates.
• All areas of campus not being utilized for the ceremony will remain CLOSED with the exception of the childcare facility in the Family Resource Center.
